Delivery
All pieces are made to order with a 90-day production timeframe.
We currently only ship to the United States via FedEx with signature required. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer viable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
If you are based overseas, please do write to us directly at studio@iaiacaravan.com and we will explore available purchase and shipping options!
Items required on a shorter timeline will be considered custom orders and will be priced accordingly. Contact us for custom orders at studio@iaiacaravan.com.
A note on sales tax
Sales tax is calculated according to the local sales tax laws of the shipping destination provided when you order. All international duties and fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
Returns & Repairs
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, you are welcome to exchange your purchase for an item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please write to us at studio@iaiacaravan.com for further details. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item—we recommend shipping with a reliable and insured carrier only.
All pieces are made by hand by a network of skilled artisans around the world. Therefore, please note the possibility of slight variations and differences in design.
Iaia Caravan will not accept any exchange if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange upon inspection of the original piece.
Special orders and custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned for exchange.
