Arianna Calabrese (lovingly nicknamed Ia / Iaia) is a jewelry designer, sustainability consultant, and arts educator working at the intersection of cultural heritage, creative practice, and social liberation.
Raised between the U.S. and Southern Italy, Arianna was immersed early on in the beauty of global traditions. She has lived and worked across the world—from art studios to diplomatic halls—cultivating her passion for cultural preservation and ethical design. Her journey led her to jewelry: a craft intimately tied to the body, history, and identity.
With Iaia Caravan, she brings together her twin loves—jewelry and diplomacy—to advocate for heritage craft as a force for good. Every piece is a collaboration. Every design is a dialogue. Every object carries with it the power to connect people across borders.
