All pre-order items have an estimated production time of 90 days.

We currently deliver exclusively to the United States via a secure shipping service with signature required upon delivery. Once the package has been shipped, our liability ends. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

A Note on Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and its respective local laws. Any international duties and fees are to be paid by the recipient.

Returns & Repairs

Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, refunds are not offered at this time. However, exchanges may be made for products of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receipt. To request an exchange, please email us at studio@iaiacaravan.com for further instructions. Shipping the item back is the customer’s responsibility; we strongly recommend using a reliable, insured carrier.

As each piece is individually crafted, minor variations in design are natural.
